About me

Ayan Chatterjee is the founder of BioClarity AI, a Massachusetts-based company working at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and gene therapy/editing. He is also a co-founder of ITrakNeuro Inc., a New York-based company accelerating cancer diagnostics using Artificial intelligence. Ayan is an AI consultant for gene therapy at Alexion AstraZeneca Rare Disease.

Ayan received his Ph.D. from the Network Science Institute at Northeastern University under the supervision of Professor Tina Eliassi-Rad. He is interested in graph machine learning, specifically link prediction, graph embeddings, applying network science in graph machine learning, and biological networks. He got his Bachelor of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, and holds a Master’s in Electronic Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science. Before joining NetSI, Ayan worked at NVIDIA, developing and optimizing GPU architectures for AI and video processing applications.
